She is famous for being the Miss Universe Philippines 2018 and Miss World Philippines 2016. Furthermore, the 24-year-old model first crowned Miss World Philippines 2016 on October 2, 2016.
Later, she participated in the Miss World 2016 and took place in the Top 5. However, Stephanie Del Valle took the crown. Later, on 18 March 2018, Gray won the Miss Universe Philippines 2018 title.
